American Legion Riders Post 240 in Chapman Kansas will be giving away this 2009 Harley Davidson XL 883L on September 19 after our dice run is complete.  We will have a drawing at aproximately 7:00 pm CST.  The winner does not need to be present to win.  A portion of the procedes will go to help the American Legacy Scholarship
